Capacities building

The Hubs’ officers and other relevant university staff will receive extensive training on 3 different models of university–economy cooperation during 3 study visits with thematic trainings on Lean Manufacturing at University of Girona (ESP), Rapid Prototyping at University of Vaasa (FIN) and Business Development at FH JOANNEUM in Graz (AUT). Additionally, through workshops, guidelines and peer-mentoring, the target universities will receive support to develop their tailor made Business and Action plan.
