Status-quo analyses

PROJECT PARTNERS

Status-quo analyses for knowledge transfer, innovation and entrepreneurship at the target universities and in their national ecosystems

The development of the hubs and their instruments will be elaborated based on two aspects and the respective methods:

(1) University level knowledge transfer and entrepreneurial learning activity based on the implementation of the HEInnovate tool. It is an initiative of the European Commission, DG Education and Culture and the OECD Centre for Entrepreneurship. HEInnovate is a free self-assessment tool designed for all types of higher education institutions, covering eight areas including ‘Entrepreneurial Teaching and Learning’ and ‘Knowledge Exchange and Collaboration’.

(2) National innovation ecosystem based on the results of the European Innovation Scoreboard (EIS), which is a tool of the European Commission used for comparative assessment of the research and innovation performance of the EU Member States and selected third countries and the relative strengths and weaknesses of their research and innovation systems.
